North Bay Landscape & Design LLC provides professional landscape and hardscape design-build services to residential and commercial clients, including paver patios, landscape design and installation, drainage solutions, sod installation, irrigation, landscape lighting, and lawn maintenance. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes. Appointments are available by request and confirmed by our team. Payment is due according to the terms provided in your quote or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Phone Calls and AI Receptionist

Calls to our business may be answered by an AI-powered receptionist that can answer questions, take service requests, and help schedule appointments. Calls may be recorded to improve service quality. If you prefer to speak with a team member, you may say so at any time during the call and we will follow up with you directly.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to us — through our website, over the phone, or when requesting or booking services — you consent to receive text messages from North Bay Landscape & Design LLC.

Types of messages you may receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, quotes and invoices, follow-ups on service requests, replies to questions you send us, and occasional service notifications related to your account.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity; typically up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier. Neither we nor mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
